DH701B is a stirring machine with detachable stirrer. It is a necessary equipment in meatball, fishball, fish cake or other surimi products production lines. Which can produce high quality meat or fish paste/surimi. With strong torsional power, DH701B can also be applied on shredded/tearing TVP material.
The stirrer can be detached and the hopper can be pulled out. Your product can be discharged with higher efficiency. Additional hopper can be purchased and you can put different ingredient in it to further increase your productivity by decreasing working time spent on changing the material and cleaning the hopper.
DH701B has specially designed, strong and durable stirring blades which can mix the paste evenly. The hopper has unique designed side-beam which makes paste mix more evenly and increase the friction to shorten the processing time. The hopper has casted wheels, drainage and a lid with a window which can be easily moved and cleaned. The stirring speed is adjustable. The stirring direction can be both clockwise and anti-clockwise. DH701B comes with ampere meter to indicate the paste texture and timer to set stirring time.
DH701B has comprehensive safety devices: The hopper is hydraulically locked and cannot be started if it is not fixed, and an emergency stop is installed.
