DH509-I Far-infrared heating type continuous frying machine is suitable for frying high quality products. It can fry food evenly with homogenous temperature without reducing products’ nutrition value.
This Frying Machine has
- Accurate temperature control: With precise temperature and conveyor speed controller, you can get evenly fried products outputs under mass production. The conveying system is customized based on your products characteristics. For example, drawer type or waterwheel type. The conveyor is also customized, for example, track belt for coated products or mesh belt for smaller products.
- Safe heating system: The system can keep optimal oil temperature and adjust to inlet loading changes very quickly.
- Oil dregs filter system: The oil dregs are collected to extend the shelf life of oil.
- Easy cleaning function: The used oil can be pumped into oil storage during cleaning of frying tank. Which is convenient and sanitary.
